Hire a swim coach to get immediate feedback and help with improving your swim technique and making your swimming more efficient. Private lessons or small group lessons – there is an option that can suit everyone.
1 private lesson á 60 min costs 800 SEK and that includes, asides from technique training in the water, thorough explanation of drills and their purpose to be able to carry on the work on your own, as well as exercises on land that can improve mobility and strength that is important and specific to swimming technique.
The lessons are carried out with filming (iPad) when allowed by the pool. Some pools have a ban of cell phone and other devices with camera, and if that is the case unfortunately the filming will be omitted. Finis Swim Coach Communicator can also be used for direct feedback while swimming.
